Learning What to Keep, What to Release, and How to Move Forward

Individual Therapy for Women and Teen Girls in Southfield, Michigan

At Balancing Life with Therapy, I help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves—learning their emotional needs, recognizing patterns that are no longer working, and creating balance in everyday life.

Helping my clients see therapy as a space to explore what’s beneath the surface while also developing tools to manage anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions with greater clarity and confidence.

While my primary focus is women and teen girls, I also work with men navigating stress, burnout, and life transitions that impact overall well-being.

If any of this resonates, you’re in the right place.

What Therapy With Me Feels Like

Therapy at Balancing Life with Therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and paced to meet you where you are. Sessions are a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand yourself—your emotions, your needs, and the patterns that may be getting in the way of feeling balanced.

Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness while also developing practical ways to navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and everyday life with more clarity and intention.

Who This Is For

This may be a good fit if…

You’re open to self-reflection, gaining insight into your emotional world, and exploring what’s beneath the surface—not just managing symptoms. Therapy here is a process of learning, unlearning, and creating balance in a way that feels sustainable and aligned with who you are.

Taking the first step

Scheduling a consultation is a simple way to explore whether this feels like the right fit. It’s a brief conversation where you can ask questions, share what’s bringing you to therapy, and decide next steps—without pressure or obligation.
